As a Board Bank member, you will be invited to attend governance workshops, school tours, and other events. Your participation in our events will help us get to know you, thereby increasing the likelihood of a successful match with a board in search of someone with your qualifications.

•Your profile may be shared with schools in search of someone with your expertise to serve on their board.
•If both you and the school are interested in connecting with each other, NSNO will facilitate a meeting. We do not "place" people on boards; we serve as matchmakers.
•Joining our Board Bank does not commit you to anything, nor does it mean you will immediately be “assigned” to a charter board.
•The entire process may actually take several months, and in some cases no connections result.
